About the Scoff Stopper

The Scoff Stopper® is a great solution for dogs who eat quickly.

All dogs should eat at a slow pace so they can receive the full nutritional value of their meal. The specially designed contours encourages your pet to eat at a slower pace. This slower pace will help reduce excess air intake, leading to improved digestion and reducing the risk of bloat.

This unique bowl also works extremely well to minimise food related tension, such as food guarding, between dogs. It slows down the rate of consumption to allow other dogs time to finish theirs.

The following tips may assist you with the use of your Scoff Stopper®

• Never exercise your dog after it's eaten.
• Always allow your dog to rest for at least 1 hour after exercise prior to eating.
• If time permits, try and feed your dog a smaller meal twice a day instead of one large meal at night.
• Leave the bowl on the ground, don't raise it, this could increase the likelihood of Bloat.
• Don't permit rapid drinking, especially after exercise or on hot days.
• You can use the Scoff Stopper® as a water bowl.
